Which creatures from the alternative upgrade options do you choose?

In 3.1. IMHO, they should fix the Stronghold first, especially the Chieftains. They'll probably reduce their stats.

What is there to reduce? For a creature of level 5, it has a huge amount of hit points (45 if I'm not mistaken). I don't even take them into battle in the early stages of the game, otherwise, everything will fall, which has happened repeatedly.
