It happened. All passages were guarded by hordes of archers, half the map was blocked by a horde of Fiends, so I had to clear out what I could in the beginning, Griffins were placed in the Castle, and there was no real hero. At the beginning of the second game, I cleared out a group of horned demons and a horde of Orcs and ran into Ice Golems, I retreated and took the minimum consulate. I only saw the rest of the game when I took the consulate and then broke through the archer defenses. It didn't work out.
