Discussion of third-tier monsters.

Their strength lies in numbers, but they also significantly slow down the army, and they aren't that difficult to eliminate.
In my opinion, they cause more harm in their neutral form.

I won't argue with the experts of the fourth game, as I only played it for six months and don't know things like turn management. If they slow down the army, then I agree. But I'm interested in another point. How easily are they defeated? By a single hero with Grand Master Resistance?
P.S.: Why did I start talking about elementals? Simply because the 3rd-level creatures in Nature are generally weak. Unicorns and Griffons confidently share the last place.
