Attack up to BB, Tactics, and mass haste.
Should you take attack for the Necromancer? Well, personally, I don't. Attack isn't his primary skill, so defense is quite sufficient; it's better to take summoning instead.
Sometimes, instead of summoning, I take luck.
You're doing it wrong; you can't replace summoning with luck for the Necromancer.
