Bought a Necromancer on the first day, and he managed to lose 6 units, but raised 2 skeletons, oh well, we'll keep training him. On the fifth day, I spotted a Pegasus lair, after 6 heroes, I passed the army along the fastest routes and guessed the wrong direction; on that side, there were only mountains, so I didn't manage to capture the lair in two turns. But I had a lot of money, I upgraded the maximum crypt, built Unicorns with the Castle, bought everything on level 121, took the minimum reserve, and moved to the next level; unfortunately, it only added two more winged creatures. On level 123, I entered a Castle to buy a spellbook, but didn't buy it, and continued on. I defeated 39 Dendroid soldiers without a spellbook; they felt it and started to taunt me. Then, on level 124, I was in the Inferno of my opponent, and I bought a spellbook. On level 125, I became level 13, with stats 10 7 7 4 (Earth and Water expert, Water bonus, main armor, 150 damage ranged attack), 3 Angels, 6 Unicorns, 25 Great Elves, 42+1 Kentaur, 13 Pegasi, 34 Skeletons (Necromancer gathered about 70, but Kir lost half of them). The opponent surrendered.
