Okay, let's discuss neutral lands.

For example, 1-2 (or a maximum of 3) active Clans have seized all the neutral territories.

Then what? Was there any point in conquering them? Who needs them and for what purpose?
Or, for example, one Clan takes the last piece of land from another. What does the landless Clan do?

And what does it mean to conquer through official tournaments?
There's no incentive right now, and after a couple of wars for land, everything will passively decline to 1-2 games for land per year, and even then, just for fun, like the current trend of announcing challenges for Clan Wars.
(I still don't understand if any Clan War has actually ended and with whose victory.)

2 General Zet Yes, you understood correctly about the LZMС. It's just an example, and it was chosen only because, despite everything, it is more organized than the chaotic mass of Clans not belonging to it, and therefore it can systematically consider the application of a new Clan. I don't see the point in creating something new just for the sake of considering applications.

I don't want to start new arguments, but as far as I know, the LZMС doesn't obligate anyone to anything, except for the Clan leader to participate in the forum and Clan life. And some Clans don't join it because of a dislike for the LZMС leaders (and other reasons that have nothing to do with constructive joint work).

This idea, I think, will really "stir up" the Clans. And it will be clear which Clan currently dominates on HW.
