Is Conflux a broken castle?

Raper, I managed to convince myself about the phoenixes – even if they don't have a large number, their lack of improvement is noticeable, but I'm not quite sure about the fairies. Okay, but what about level six? What's so special about it? There's clearly nothing particularly noteworthy there.
