The importance of water on the map.

I wasn't particularly into water. I can't really say anything – neither good nor bad. But without it, the game feels incomplete. Water adds a certain "flavor" to the game. Sometimes it can be quite fun. It's amusing when you're just one tile short of the desired location. And lately, I've come to appreciate maps with water more. However, I have a negative opinion of maps with many tiny islands and no large ones. I like it when everything is in equal proportion – 50% land and 50% water.
