We didn't scribble in castles, we chose by taste.
We used all restarts. Started the respawn not great, but on turn 4 I saw Boots and scouted a Conservatory (two) + Elven secondary. 117 1-6 in the Citadel + 2 external Troglodyte dwellings (without portal) in the secondary: Elves with an external dwelling + wood. Second week: scraping money off the map and fighting for the Boots (20-49 logs) and leveling Earth to Expert, since there were 4 Conservatories (2,1,3 and 4). On week 3: gathering Angels — 136 10 Angels.
I don't see any Dragon Utopias, no Treasure either, but in the Dungeon there's a portal most likely to it, yet for some reason after taking the Conservatories the chains fell apart and I went off-road (Logistics Expert + Boots) into Barbarian lands. On
137 I was 2 tiles short of Mephala (we accidentally met); she had in her army: 10-19 Grand Elves, 2 stacks of Unicorns, Wyverns and all birds 1-4 each. On the next turn she gave away valuable troops and was left with 7 Wyverns at 1 — you can't run from me :smile13: I had +2 Morale, but when I attacked her, not a single one of my 7 stacks got a morale proc (so she escaped). I follow the road to her capital and stop nearby. On the next turn (143), Mephala attacks: 16 + 16 Grand Elves, 13 Horses, 10 birds (Barbarian), 20 Dendroid Soldiers (unupgraded), 1 + 29 Pegasi, 4 11 3 3. Shakti has: 5 + 5 Angels, 178 + 1 Troglodytes, 13 Minotaurs, 9 Cats and 31 upgraded Eyes, 9 8 5 4 + 59 mana. Expert Earth, Offense, Tactics and Logistics, advanced Leadership and Armorer, basic Wisdom. The significant army advantage did its job; after the battle, Colorado conceded victory to me.
