Dialogues with Moderators

I'm annoyed by the fact that the same methods are used here as politicians use in real life... wordplay, contradictory facts... power is bad. I especially don't understand the opinions: a) "coordinators are the only ones who have access to all topics - therefore, they should clean them up": confused: b) if someone is to blame, is it Adelaide??? It seems that your dispute with her (Adelaide) is the only reason why Luchik and you have developed this issue... but who is interested in this??? ... and to lump together that Adelaide is incompetent or not doing her job is simply not nice, IMHO. Now, to the point: 1. The problem of spam has always existed... recently it has worsened (it's not just that Draco created a topic about selecting moderators). Adelaide took office as a coordinator when this problem was already in full swing, and how could she have influenced it, if 2 or 3 coordinators couldn't handle this problem before? 2. The situation with Tournaments on the forum has noticeably improved now, primarily due to the diversity and coverage of new "threads" - but according to your logic, is this all Adelaide's merit? ... and by the way, this is partly true... she has increased activity in areas such as Heroes 3 online and Heroes 5 online... but what about the other parts? There are also many improvements there, but these are still the merits of other forum members... P.S. I will still stick to my opinion that Tournaments are more important than writing, and that this problem with spam, etc. is a temporary phenomenon that does not greatly prevent forum members like me from enjoying the forum. And accordingly, I didn't understand the "criticism" regarding my assessment of moderation... so what if the statistics show that only one vbn is doing his job perfectly? - but in reality, statistics are not the only thing that matters... or VDV_forever (to whom there are no complaints) - works much harder than Adelaide, or maybe Hacker? And why are there no complaints about VDV? ... because you, like me, see his efforts and, most importantly, the results (Tournaments, the reference guide, etc.), but Adelaide's efforts and results are not visible? or you don't want to see them?
