I'm not going to judge, but in contrast to your opinion, I'll say that we hold quite a few tournaments, and 99% of the participants are quite decent.
If you look at it objectively, there is indeed a slight decline in offline activity... BUT, if offline players leave altogether or go to other resources or are simply temporarily absent, then the opposite is true online... there are so many new players or guests from other resources + local activity has increased...
Even the fact that we currently have a variety of offline and online tournaments + for all parts of Heroes means something!!!
P.S. And there's no talk of "underestimation" or "overestimation"... I just don't like a pessimistic attitude, especially since this resource has everything you need to enjoy playing in any discipline and in all parts, IMHO :)
