I last read the Bible 2 years ago, so I might have missed something, but I don't think creating an idol is such a terrible sin as murder or theft.

A person should not worship another person. They should simply respect everyone and understand that the only one they should pray to and worship is God. And the Cult of Cthulhu is just a game)).
