The X200 video card is the reason for the lag. For example, I had a similar speed card in 2002, and even then, at the end of the year, I bought a 9700pro, which was several times faster. Buy a video card for at least $120. For normal 3D games, you need a mid-range card, $220-$280. For Heroes, a card for $100 will be sufficient.
