1. Railag-Agrail - for being handsome, captivating, tough, cynical, and charming.
2. Zephyr - for having the most pleasant voice, interesting speeches, and such a sweet kindness and restraint. And in Hammers of Fate, also for his beauty.

Some others were decent too, but these two stood out in my memory, especially the first one.
The women weren't very impressive. Not women, but more like men. Unsexy and uncharming. Armor doesn't suit a woman)). I liked Shadia and the blonde - also a dark elf. And of course, Biara:).
