Discussion about Sylvan (Wood Elves).

I just don't understand where ID will get 29.4 Initiative. Their maximum Initiative under acceleration is 19. And where does Ilfina get that Initiative on level 10, if it's practically impossible to build regular dragons before the 3rd week, let alone upgrade them.
It's impossible to say definitively which of the upgrades is better; they are all good in their own way.
