Let's come up with an amphibian race!

I came up with a description for the third level.
...They say that in the caves, deep beneath the living levels of the dark elves, lies a vast world. It is just like ours, but there is one difference. This world is underwater. A huge underground sea covers the fields and mountains. Instead of the sun and moon, there is a glowing vault. Strange and terrifying creatures inhabit this world – lizards. They are equally comfortable in water and on land. And they say that there is a direct path from their world to ours.
