Does WoG 3.5 need mysticism?

I don't know about mysticism, but the most useful skills are Leadership and Diplomacy (if you're an expert, almost all creatures will accept you), then the four elements (water, earth, fire, and air), and then (optional but sometimes useful) Archery and Ballistics.
