Essentially, Nagas will never become riders. First, their habitat has made their tails their lower limbs. Should we sew them on? Second, the marine nature of Nagas, their style, simply doesn't allow us to imagine them riding anything. And third, I'm sure a Naga-siren moves faster than some hermit crab, it would just look ridiculous. It would be better to make warriors as cavalry, i.e., with breakthrough power, like Myrmidons-Servants - heavy, fast lizards with pitchforks..."
