That's exactly what I meant when I asked the question – we provide support and calmly use the spells when needed. Although with Krag, a direct attack is often better. By the way, if the tactic is based on constantly reinforcing the key stack with the Word of the Leader, then Krag is not the best choice, as he deals more damage with his regular attacks. It's better to use Empathy instead.
As far as I know, Devilish Strike with Support works like this – the chance of a critical hit is summed up. And with Support, a critical hit often starts to trigger. A fourfold damage doesn't occur.
