Hey, we're all brothers and sisters, because we all came from monkeys!
[I wanted to write that we came from Adam and Eve, but I remembered that I'm an atheist (Satanist, hehe):)]
I have a gag reflex when I see the faces from "Dom-2." They could at least pick someone more attractive. And something else. They're not looking for love there, but for a partner in bed, and even then, just for a couple of days...
And that one guy who was just looking for a partner for a couple of days really messed up. That person was, of course, Elena Berkova ;)
The experience wasn't wasted, and they made a cult film "based on it."
And here's another bonus:)
Hmm.
"And I don't know the names, but you do - so you're a bunch of nerds :P"
To that, I'll say that almost everyone knows these names, and there's no need to make a contemptuous-cynical face. At least from the ads that have been running for four years, you can easily find out any names, passwords, and secret rendezvous points, even if you don't want to.
I'll say that I watched a couple of episodes of this.
I thought - maybe I'll get into it. Maybe I'm just not cool enough.
But no. They just wander around, lie on the couch, and stare into space, lazily talking about who betrayed whom and who left whom.
And I don't see anything wrong or disgusting about watching it and knowing a few names. It's just a primitive show. I still remember the names of the Teletubbies, which I watched with horror once about seven years ago. And so what?
And all these cries about gag reflexes and the like are the same as talking about sex in the USSR. Like, oh, how terrible. My psyche is corrupted, and what a shame, I'm going to go and confess.
So, you shouldn't overdo it.
As for the ratings, as one option, the elder Sobchak pays for the show to be aired so that his daughter has something to do ;)
Or maybe she's really that popular.
And she is popular.
That's it.
