According to your rules, Fey creatures and level 1 Fey creatures in a Conflux cannot be upgraded!! With approximately equal attack and defense characteristics, even if there are twice as many Fey creatures, Hippogryphs will still defeat them, and there is resistance to magic in the form of the Amulet of Resistance and the Orb of Inhibition, as well as the player's magic. Don't forget about that either!!!
