What is your opinion on the possibility of introducing a third tier of maps and a new faction into the game?

For introducing additional level(s). Those who "don't need" it can choose not to use it. At a minimum, 3 more levels are needed: celestial, underwater, and astral (similar to the regular one, but different, for various bonus zones, space distortions).
