Regarding the rating that Starhan maintains, I believe it should definitely be taken into account... and regarding whether this tournament is official and rating-eligible, I suggest contacting Adelaide. As for the organizer's participation, I don't object, as there's nowhere else for the organizer to use their organizational skills except in the draw and judging – but I compensate for this by having confidence in the fairness of this player. P.S. In the end, no one can take away our right to argue :) or put pressure ;) on the organizer – there are many of us :smile14:, and only one of him :smile32:.
