Fortresses are located on the very edge of the swamps. They are inhabited by beastmasters and witches. Their troops consist of deadly swamp creatures, trained and prepared for combat. Only one type of Fortress unit can shoot, but the other creatures more than compensate for this shortcoming with their unique abilities.
