Necromancer – “Invasion” [Campaign 3, Mission 3]

Please help! I've read all the hints, started from the beginning several times, captured everything, defeated everyone, and I have the staff and the cloak. I didn't hire dragons in the castles; instead, I recruited them. But why won't it let me go through the portal? :smile45:
