I'm not quite sure how that's possible, especially since Fireball couldn't even upload it to the forum?
Just follow his link to "Rapid," choose the "free" download mode, wait for a while (the time counter is displayed there – these are the limitations of the free download mode), enter the code to confirm that you are not a bot, and download it.
P.S. Also, private messages don't support file attachments...
