Where can I find it most often? Can I buy it?

You can find or buy it in the artifact shop, at the Dragon School, and on the map. There are also various structures where it might appear, such as a warrior's tomb, a sphinx, or a crypt with undead creatures. As mentioned before, it can also be found in chests, and so on.
