One of the properties of the leadership crown is doubling the effect of troop gathering, treasury management, and diplomacy abilities. For example, let's say there's a creature with a troop gathering ability, and a crown, and the creatures of that type can be sacrificed. For instance, +3 furies from the sacrifice, and then another +4 from the creature itself! The total increase is 17! However, it's practically impossible to find all of this in the early stages of the game, as it doesn't make much sense in the late game.
