I think this was done only as an experiment. In other versions of Heroes, the English and Russian versions with the same patches do not differ in any way. Here, however, the opposite is true. Moreover, externally they are no different, that is, the computer plays the same as on the Book version, but there are differences only in battle. And Sir Kamikaze just wanted to emphasize that it is also impossible to play on the English version 1.1, as well as on the DOS version 1.0, since some battles cannot be won due to differences in terrain on the Book version.

So that such problems and questions would no longer arise, yesterday I corrected point 2 of the rules in the topic:
