UFO (The Truth Is Out There)

I believe in UFOs, although I don't really like writing the abbreviation UFO. I saw a UFO myself in 1989 in the Samara region, near the Zhigulev Mountains. Many people saw it, and it was written about in local newspapers. Of course, we are not alone in the universe, and I don't want to think that there are no other civilizations besides ours. But what beliefs and intentions will they have when they come to us, although it's a question of whether they will come at all? I think that if they come to us, it will most likely be with mercenary intentions, although it's hard to say what those intentions might be. Maybe it will be resources, maybe slave labor, etc. There are many options. But if we come to them, we are not exactly a beacon of light either. In any case, the civilization that is more advanced than another will most likely be an exploiter, and I think altruistic sentiments will be alien to them. Therefore, it is better to go to someone who is weaker than us.
The second question is whether or not to believe in ghosts, witches, etc.
Scientists have long proven that thoughts are material. And the thought of any being of the human race is nothing more than a cluster of very high-level energy. So, I think that this may be a game of our imagination, or it may be a kind of sarcasm of the place, in the sense that there are all sorts of anomalous places, etc. This is my point of view on these issues, and I would be glad to see counterarguments, of course, for those who are interested in my opinion.
