Confirmed!

On the first map, there were Manticoras in the Castle, without Minotaurs, and a hidden Troglodyte.
On the second map, there was a secondary Necropolis, and a hidden Manticore.
On the third map, there was a secondary Conflux, and a hidden Medusa.
On the fourth map, I planned to take 2 Confluxes, but I only took 1 (the minimum), then Kir appeared, and I had to barricade myself in the Castle.
Kir doesn't attack or leave, he just takes everything.
Then he disappeared somewhere. I seized the moment and tried to break through to the Treasury, where I spotted the Sandals. But Kir was too fast, he wouldn't let me pass, he attacked and won.
