The Elven start is roughly similar to the Demon start - it's not very good...
Still, the Elven start is much better than the Demon start.
The spell "Chain Lightning" is amazing. It's unclear why it doesn't work with "Enchanted Arrow"...
You're asking for too much from the poor Elves. If a lucky wizard could combine it with an arrow, there would be no saving yourself from the Elves!
