I found the Staff of Elements in a dragon's cave in the Iron Wastes, which increases fire, air, water, and earth – I don't know if it increases spell resistance or effectiveness?:confused:, but it reduces defense by 40:mad:. And a crossbow for the Dark Elves for 30,000 gold. It has increased speed, but accuracy is reduced by 50:(. I don't know who would need such a crossbow? They shouldn't have included dragons in the pack.:) You can go straight from the Isle of Dagger Wound to the Serpent's Gorge and immediately hire a dragon. Then complete the Dragon Quest and deal with the Crusaders. You'll quickly reach level 20, and then the second dragon will be waiting:) And so on. Basically, you need either a Dark Elf or a Necromancer to use dragons, so they can cast Town Portal and Lloyd's Beacon. Everything else is unnecessary:) Believe it or not, I found 4 identical blades (I think they're called Serpent Blades) during the game. One in the Crusader castle, the second in the same place but 6 months later. One in the Hive:) And one in some dimension:) There are too many artifacts. I didn't know what to do with them at the end.
Dragons are not included for no reason. They deal colossal damage and have huge health. And artifacts can be sold or given to other heroes in the tavern. You also need a cleric because the necromancer is a fragile character, and if someone drives him insane...
