How to create a video for a map?

I have a question, and I hope someone can help.
How do you set a custom image for the map loading screen? I've tried using specific sizes and formats, but it doesn't work... Maybe I'm missing something.
Also, how do you create a mini-video (a sequence of changing map screenshots), if that's what you call it, that appears in the game with a description of the map?
