In my opinion, the word "imbalance" doesn't apply to a game like Heroes at all. I think all the factions are perfectly balanced.
Well, to be honest, the balance is questionable, but you can still play:)

Regarding the Succubus: compare their initiative to the new archers; most likely, they won't have time to seduce anyone:)
