Small respawn, but there are archers, Crag in the tavern — on the first turn, cavalry in the castle, 7 heroes. One road led to a ГО, so I went off-road and wandered for about 9 days until a secondary town appeared — Stronghold. I brought 6 cavalry, picked up a naga minimal on the way (saw no other money buildings), and a corner of a Dragon Utopia was revealed. Crag was around level 7-8, skills were coming in perfectly, and then, just one step from the secondary town, news of surrender arrived.
Thanks for the game, it ended just as it was starting.

I had already used restart 113. Spawned in Dungeon, near the castle a dragon cave — decided to play. By 113 it became clear that a worse spot would be hard to find. One exit to a ГО, two exits blocked by a stack of diamond golems each (one of them had a teleport), and an exit to the surface through a stack of greater dendroids. I gathered all 3 piles of gold (two of which were guarded by goblins), nothing else was placed, and I went through the gate to the golems, surfaced to find many orc chieftains on snow, attacked... lost 15 centaurs, half the Troglodytes, and a few Evil Eyes, leaving 30 Troglodytes and 8 Evil Eyes. Went for the secondary town, on the road many harpies and no other path, retreat was already pointless, so I attacked, only the Evil Eyes survived... All I got was a secondary Tower town, a couple of chests, and a couple of gold piles, but I still built a Manticore in the Stronghold with my last money, hoping for a miracle:) . Decided to try going through the teleport past the other golem stack, gathered 10 Medusas, 10 Evil Eyes, and Troglodytes for screening, attacked... lost about 2 Evil Eyes and Medusas each, on the surface a stack of greater basilisks:) . Scraped together enough for 2 Manticores, bought a few more shooters and Troglodytes for meat, and attacked. Lost mostly Evil Eyes, but ended up in a treasury on the other edge of the map — naturally, no freebies there, everything guarded by elite troops. For the full experience, I decided to attack the dendroids too, bought whoever I could, since there was nowhere to go anyway. Came out onto the snow again, there was a horde of Gargoyles, attacked them and got wiped:( .
If I had scouted the entire respawn on the first turn, I would have restarted immediately, even if there had been 10 dragon hoards.
