Where can I download Heroes 2?

Please tell me what to do next. I downloaded Heroes 2 as an archive, extracted it to drive C in a folder I created called Heroes 2. There, the following files appeared: ANIM, HELP, SOUND, DATA, GAMES, HEROES2, MAPS, heroes2, EDITOR2, HEROES2, and a shortcut called heroes2. What should I do next? I have Windows XP. When I go to EDITOR2, the map opens normally, and I can build my land. But the game itself doesn't open. When I click on the largest heroes2 file, a gray screen appears with some hieroglyphs and three options. If I click on the first option, it asks me to enter a name. If I click on the second option, it counts down percentages. If I click on the third option, it takes me back to the desktop. I read that I need to put wing32.dll in the system32 folder. Where is wing32.dll, and how do I install it? I'm a beginner.
