2. If you wish to award a medal under the avatar of your tournament winner, it is advisable to agree on this in advance with the Creator, i.e., when the tournament is just starting or hasn't started yet and registration has only opened, you should write a letter to the Creator with a link to the tournament rules, so that he, in turn, can determine whether this tournament is worthy or unworthy of an award under the winner's avatar (often, just a quick glance at the rules makes it clear how responsible a particular organizer is and whether the overall course of the tournament can be predicted as successful or not. I think forum members remember the recent wave of horribly organized and never-finished tournaments, for which, naturally, no one will award medals). And only when the Creator replies with consent to your request should you write that a medal will be awarded for winning this tournament, rather than misleading players when a response has not yet been received. Next, you should create the medal itself; you can check the parameters on the forum in the awards section (remember that you need to make not only the medal itself but also its miniature, which will be displayed in threads). Then you write a letter to the Creator (if you did not agree in advance and for some reason missed my advice, but you are still confident that the tournament went well, do not despair and write the letter retroactively); the letter should be roughly as follows: the such-and-such tournament has ended (link to the main post), the winner is so-and-so (link to the winner's profile and the final table from which it is clearly visible that this player indeed won), I request to award them the medal under their avatar (link to the medal). Remember that you cannot add attachments to private messages, so you should upload the medal somewhere on the forum; logically, it would be posted in the tournament's own thread, but if the organizer wants to keep it hidden from prying eyes until a certain moment and make it a surprise, it is perfectly fine to place it in the intra-clan section.
Well, that's all, then wait a little for the Creator's response, and rejoice for the tournament winner that the reward has finally found them!!!!!!!!
