Hunters and Beastmasters are very effective against neutral archers. Deploy these two units, eliminate the rest, and you can proceed without losses, which is important at the beginning when capturing mines. As a rule, the most valuable mines are guarded by archers.

Your tactic is certainly good, but it has one flaw - it can only be implemented towards the end of the second week. But capturing the sulfur, crystal, and gold mines so late is practically a defeat. These mines need to be captured in the first week, and hunters are more than enough for that.
