So, I tried all the tips, changed the graphics, etc. Then I disabled anti-aliasing and filtering.
Try changing the cursor type in the settings. It helped me.
I did that too. And so, the conclusion is - it doesn't lag anymore :) The graphics are set to very high. Although it's strange, Crysis lagged occasionally on medium settings, but Heroes doesn't. Well, never mind.
