Heroes 5 disappointed the gaming audience, especially European gamers. This is a fact, and there's no getting around it. A part of the Russian fanbase, including me, was also disappointed.
But the main result is that the values in the series have changed completely, and new players have been attracted.

It's just an observation – hundreds of such players are appearing who don't know obvious things about the game. And Nival isn't helping them learn the game.
