A stalemate in battle.

For example, I played a 3v3 duel in version 1.6. In the first pair of duels, the opponent defeated my hero. In the second pair, I finished off his first hero, defeated his second, and severely damaged the hero from the third pair, after which I gained control of the hero from the third pair. Realizing that he was losing, the opponent simply left the game without saying a word, and I waited for about 25 minutes before leaving. Of course, I didn't receive a victory. What do you think about this?
