The game is running slowly even on a good system.

Guys, help me out. I'm having some serious issues. My graphics card is a GE-FORSE 8800 GTS, I have 2 GB of RAM, and my processor is an AMD Athlon x2 5000+ (5 GHz). And yet, the game lags when I play on the maximum map size! What should I do?

Either accept it, or don't play on large maps. My configuration is similar, and although there are some lags, they are quite tolerable. As for the 5 GHz, you're exaggerating :D Is your processor cooled with liquid nitrogen by any chance? :D
