Chaos can be a viable choice for a short game if you receive a Chaos Golem from your guild. You can level up until you acquire the "Deadly Chill" skill and then quickly destroy a Ballista in one turn, essentially acting as an anti-machine unit. However, I don't see much point in choosing Chaos for a long game, as the skill points are too limited. Even with the Sar-Issa Cloak and the Markel Skull, it won't be enough.

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Are you referring to "Fiery Wrath" (which requires Expert Chaos and provides a 10% damage bonus), or "Withering Flame" (which requires Strong Chaos and enhances the damage bonus, specifically increasing the damage from "Hellfire" by 50%)?

O God of Earth and Altar,
Bow down and hear our cry,
Our earthly rulers falter,
Our people drift and die,
The walls of gold entomb us,
The swords of scorn divide,
Take not thy thunder from us,
Take away our pride.
