Then I started thinking... and... my head is about to explode!
Because then you would have to remember the properties of ALL units! :smile35:
Roughly speaking, the un-upgraded units have no properties, but the upgraded ones have twice as many! And then you attack an enemy, and you don't know what upgrade level their creatures have (I'm talking about the moment when you're about to attack).
When you only have 1 upgrade path, you know your own strength and the enemy's strength, you can assess the risk and take it, but when there are 2 and you have to choose!!! Kill me - I can't handle it! Don't you think about it before attacking an enemy and assess the strength of both sides? I do... and I would have to remember 8 * 7 * 2 = 112 (not counting the confused and freely roaming ones). 112 - that's so many, I had to count it on a calculator))) I'll definitely explode if I have to remember all of that... And risk every time I attack an enemy?! NO!
Okay, I'm done now)))
So it's better to have less and simpler than many, stupid, and ugly!
Heroes 3 rules!!! :smile01:
Как-то у Вольтера спросили:
где бы он хотел быть после смерти - в раю или в аду?
Он ответил:
"В раю климат лучше, но в аду компания настолько приятнее!".
