C:\windows\temp (or tmp) – during the initial installation, a folder with an unreadable name (similar to a GUID) is saved there, such as GHJJG-123434-.... After I deleted everything from that folder, the installation started successfully in Wine. If you have specified a non-standard folder for temporary files, then you should look there. BUT delete it only after consulting with Windows experts.
