Reptilian race.

The race is clearly not finished. If you want to see it in the game, then it needs to be made, made, and made again.

I will only see it in the game if I become the CEO of Ubisoft tomorrow. The probability of such an outcome is zero ;)

No one is going to make it. At least, I don't know of any way to create a new city for the 5th installment on your own. So, it's just a flight of fancy.

All the creatures in the game are cute and scary in moderation; I don't know, maybe it's just that they look scary in the screenshots, but in the game, it won't be.

Exactly, that's why nothing will happen in the game :)
