I managed to finish my independent algebra assignment in the last few seconds, just like our basketball players did at the 1984 Olympics – I completed three pages in three minutes – what luck! Today is my mom’s birthday (February 29th, can you imagine? – she’s turning 14, technically) – mega luck (I haven’t eaten cured sausage for two months, and it’s like a drug to me). My sister took a sick day at work and has a doctor’s appointment only on Wednesday – definitely bad luck (there won’t be any peace at home). My ex-girlfriend invited me to her birthday party – luck! (getting to drink for free is always a win). She wants me to give her fluffy handcuffs as a gift, but I don’t know where to buy them, and I’m hesitant to go to that kind of store – bad luck. P.S. Maybe there’s another place where I can buy them? Please let me know if you know.
