Level up? Do you mean the "Battle Cry" skill? I was actually talking about something else, about the most ordinary cries that don't require any leveling (except for the corresponding level, of course). As for the skill... well, it's hard to say, sometimes it can be useful and you can take it in a long game (as you rightly noted), however, you still need to get it - the probability is 2%.
