Is Conflux a broken castle?

I read your arguments and would like to ask: Which level 7 unit, with its natural growth rate including Phoenixes, would be stronger if given to two simple heroes with 0 attack and 0 defense? Who would win: 2 Black Dragons against 4 Phoenixes, or 2 Behemoths against 2 Archangels, etc.?
